1. General Instructions:

  • Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.
  • Filling up this form does not guarantee admission of your child. Admission is strictly as per the school policy
  • The form includes the following sections STUDENT DETAILS, PARENTS DETAILS, COMMUNICATION DETAILS, UPLOADING OF DOCUMENTS & PAYMENT.
  • ELIGIBILITY: CHILDREN BORN BETWEEN 01ST APRIL 2022 TO 31ST MARCH 2023
  • The applicants should strictly adhere to the age norms set by the school. All the decisions taken by the management concerning admissions will be final, binding and indisputable.

As per the New Education Policy, students selected for Nursery for the coming academic session (2026-27), will have to undergo three years of Foundational Courses (Nursery, LKG and UKG) prior to Class-1

  • Enter your contact number and email id correctly, as the same will be used for future communication.
  • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete Forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • DO NOT SUBMIT more than one Form for one applicant.
  • After completing the Registration Form, please click on the SUBMIT FORM button. You will be directed to PAYMENT OPTION for registration fee.

2. Documents Required for the Registration Process:

  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority. Affidavit or Hospital Certificate will not be accepted.
  • Supportive Documents:- .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .PNG, pdf kind of file are allowed.
  • Recent Passport size photograph of the child (Max 100 Kb).
  • Baptism Certificate (for Christian minority) (Max 100 Kb).
  • Residence Proof (Rent Deed, Registration of the House, Electricity/Telephone Bill/ Passport/ Lease Deed / Electoral Card/ Aadhaar Card/ Driving License etc.).

Attested Photocopy of any one of the following:

  • Ration Card issued in the name of parents (having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of any of the parents, Voter I D of any of the parents. Electricity bill / MTNL Telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents, Adhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any of the Parents.
  • RENT AGREEMENT MADE ON THE NOTARY STAMPED PAPER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCE. If you are submitting Rent Agreement, it has be a registered one, having seal of SDM, with the Appropriate Stamp Duty and having the name of either one of the Parent.

3. Online Registration Process:

You would need access to UPI/ Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. to make payment online.

An acknowledgement Email will be generated on successful payment, with details filled in by you and a “Registration No” corresponding to the applications will also be generated, which is to be used for any further communication with the school.

LAST DATE OF ONLINE REGISTRATION: 27/12/2025.

4. School Transport:

Please note that the school does not provide any transport facility for the students. Those admitted will have to make their own arrangements for transportation.

Note: Payment Once Done (Registration Fee Amount) Will Not Be Refunded.
